Da'Quan Brown is a black creator from Decatur, GA. He is currently a full-time Bonner Scholar at Morehouse College majoring in Cinema TV and Emerging Media Studies. His passion to write has led him to a newfound talent, photography. With his "ready, set, go" spirit Da'Quan has created home-based brands " Quan Da Writer" as well as " Flicks By Quan" to help clients share their stories through visual media. Both brands tell a story, but the goal is to create stories that originate from the heart.

CRASH DUMMY
The film Crash Dummy explores the lives of two brothers ( Izz and Tre) who are indulging in gang activities to help their mom who is sick of Covid. After getting accepted into college the younger brother Tre realizes that there is a better way but now is stuck with the task in helping his brother Izz realize the same thing. I called this film “ Crash Dummy” to show that a crash dummy has a universal association not just with the urban community. A crash dummy is simply someone that will do anything for someone or a group of people for acceptance and or approval. In doing anything they do it without regards of their lives and the people around them.
